I just witnessed a reprehensible press conference. They were interviewing PFC Lynch's father and mother. They asked him whether going to visit their daughter was a happy or sad occasion. He said that it was happy. Then they informed him that the rest of the 509th was reclassified as KIA. He didn't know. The change in mood on his face was very difficult for me to watch.
